Basic Workplace First Aid 
For Low-Risk Workplaces

There are no prerequisite requirements for this course. 

As of 1 February 2023, you can refresh this first aid course provided your certificate is no older than 2 years and 3 months from the date of issue.

This course includes CPR training on adults, children and infants, AED's, choking, shock, recovery position and common injuries & illnesses.

• 6401 Provide First Aid - Level 2, Credits 1
• 6402 Provide Basic Life Support - Level 1, Credits 2

If you would like these credits logged with NZQA, please provide your National Student Number (NSN) and your date of birth to your MediTrain Instructor.

Public First Aid Classes:

Choose a convenient day and enrol in our public first aid classes, available on both weekdays and weekends.
Classes run from 8:30 am to 3.30 pm.

Onsite Group Bookings:

For businesses or groups, we offer onsite first aid refresher courses at your premises or an alternative venue. Contact us to arrange a customised group booking.
